Meal Provider for the I-HELP Shelter Program
Every night of the year TCAA’s I-HELP shelter program offers home-cooked meals provided and served by community volunteers, to the men and women sheltered by the program. Meal Providers are groups that plan, prepare, deliver, and serve the evening meal for an average of 40 men and women. Meal providers are also welcome to sit and enjoy the evening meal along with program staff and participants; this exchange of home-cooked meals and social interaction is critical to the healing process for men and women who have been homeless and are now working towards a personal plan for self-sufficiency.
