Economic Mobility Program Announcement
Tempe Community Action Agency is excited to share some big news: we are combining our Financial Success Center and Community Action Program into a new program called Economic Mobility.
What is Economic Mobility?
Economic Mobility means the chance for people to improve their financial situation over time. This can happen during a person’s lifetime or from one generation to the next.
What Does This Mean for You?
Our new program will offer better support and resources to help you achieve long-term financial stability. Here is what is new:
- Better Financial Knowledge and Tools: Join workshops and seminars to learn how to manage your money better, including budgeting, saving, investing, and handling credit and debt.
- Flexible (Flex) Funds: Households at risk of losing their homes can get financial help if funds are available. After your first payment and taking part in financial education, you may get more help.
- Access to Resources: Our Resource Navigators can help you find community resources for career development, job training, education, social and health services, and financial aid.
