Involve Your Business

In-Office Volunteer Opportunities

Engage your employees in meaningful volunteer activities without leaving the office, whether in the office or virtually. TCAA offers hands-on experiences, coordination of impactful drives, and virtual giving opportunities tailored to your company.

How it Works:

TCAA will work with your company to host impactful in-office volunteer events or coordinate community drives that benefit individuals and families in need. These activities inspire your team, foster teamwork, and directly support our programs.

In-Office Volunteer Opportunities:

1. TCAA Presentation

Learn about our mission and impact.
We’ll deliver an informative and inspiring presentation about TCAA’s programs and the lives we touch. Employees will gain insight into the critical work we do and learn how their support makes a difference. This presentation can be paired with a kit-building activity for even greater engagement.

2. Host a Drive

Bring your team together to collect essential items for our community.
Drives are an excellent way for your company to make a large-scale impact. Choose to host a private or public drive to collect much-needed items, such as:

  • Food and Water: For individuals facing hunger and extreme heat relief needs.
  • Hygiene Items: Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, deodorant, and more.
  • Heat Relief Items: Sunscreen, hats, reusable water bottles, and cooling towels.

Logistics:

  • Drop-Offs: Large collections can be delivered to our Apache office Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–4:00 PM.
  • Pick-Up Option: We can coordinate pick-up of large donations with at least two weeks’ notice.
  • Public Drives: If you’re hosting a public drive, TCAA can help promote it on our social media platforms to maximize impact.

3. Host a Virtual Drive

Leverage technology to make a big impact.
TCAA offers virtual drives where your employees can contribute online to support a specific cause. We’ll create a personalized webpage for your company, featuring:

  • Your Company’s Logo and Information: Showcase your team’s commitment to the community.
  • Goals and Progress Tracking: Set donation goals and watch your impact grow in real time.
  • Team Competition: Encourage friendly competition by allowing teams to create their own fundraising pages.

Virtual drives are an easy and effective way to engage remote employees or those unable to participate in physical events.

4. Kit-Building Activities

Assemble essential kits for the community.
Your team can create kits that meet specific needs, including:

  • Hygiene Kits: Include items like soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and deodorant for individuals experiencing housing instability.
  • To-Go Food Bags: Pack non-perishable, ready-to-eat meals for those facing food insecurity.
  • Move-In Kits: Provide basic household essentials for individuals transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing.

Important Note: Sponsorship Required

TCAA relies on donations to provide these kits, so we do not have the necessary materials on hand. To host an in-office volunteer event, your company will need to sponsor the activity by:

  • Purchasing the Items: We’ll provide a detailed list of supplies for the selected kit(s).
  • Running a Drive: Collect the needed items through an internal campaign before the event.

Our team will work closely with you to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.
