From special events like VICINITY and Tempe Empty Bowls to sponsoring an entire program to providing a meal or a special holiday experience, there is something for everyone. SPONSOR A FUNDRAISING EVENT

Tempe Empty Bowls: A beloved annual community event attended by hundreds of attendees for over 20 years to fight hunger in our community. For more information, please contact tcaaemergingleaderscommittee@gmail.com.
VICINITY: Become a sponsor for TCAA’s signature food and beverage event and provides critical support for an array of human services programs. Typically held in April with typically 300-400 attendees. Event is planned for September 2024 – Contact Carrie Aranda at carriea@tempeaction.org.

Become a community champion and help eliminate poverty! There are program sponsorships available to provide food security, housing stability, economic mobility and health and well-being. Meals are an important part of our mission. Not only do they provide a healthy nutritious meal, but also important social connections and interactions. You can make a difference with a simple meal!
Senior Meals: Consider sponsoring a holiday meal for seniors. Holidays can include Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo and many more. Your sponsorship provides food and entertainment for seniors at one of the senior centers we serve in Tempe and Scottsdale. I-HELP Meals: Every night, 40 participants served by our I-HELP arrive to the shelter site for the night. Your sponsorship provides a hot, nutritious dinner. This can be a great team building event as your team can make or bring dinner as well as stay and serve the meal. The experience is one-of-a-kind. HOLIDAY OPPORTUNITIES
Giving Tree: Bring delight to a family that is going through a difficult time through our Giving Tree Program. You can sponsor a family during the holiday season, and your donation will be used towards the purchase of gift cards for disadvantaged households that are participants of TCAA programs. Holiday Lights: Each year in early December, TCAA assembles a large team of volunteers to go out to homes all around Tempe and put up 2-3 strands of holiday lights and timers to bring holiday cheer to those who could use it most – the homebound, disabled and elderly who could not otherwise install holiday lights themselves.
