Our corporate volunteer groups have been hard at work supporting TCAA this spring. From overhauling the garden and serving senior meals to stocking the food pantry and writing heartfelt notes of encouragement, these dedicated volunteers help us provide critical services to neighbors in need every day.
Last month, HandsOn Greater Phoenix invited Avnet to our Escalante Community Garden as part of the 33rd Annual Serve-A-Thon. In addition to volunteering, Avnet surprised TCAA with a generous $10,000 grant to support our community programs. The Avnet Cares team, alongside volunteers from Home Depot and Armanino, helped complete a major renovation of the garden, creating a more welcoming and productive space for the community.
We also received incredible support from Cornerstone Church’s City Serve volunteer team, who recently repainted walls at one of our client service locations and organized supplies for client hygiene kits.
Additional volunteer teams from Sam’s Club and Arizona Central Credit Union stepped up to support operations in our food pantry, helping ensure families have access to essential food and supplies.
We are deeply grateful to all of our corporate and community partners for sharing their time, talents, and generosity with TCAA.
