A bridge to opportunity for Tempe families.
Tempe Community Action Agency (TCAA) is proud to introduce the Puente Project, a new pilot program designed to support families at Thew Elementary School. Participating families will receive $200 per month for three years, providing steady support to help cover everyday needs and reduce financial stress.
What is the Puente Project?
The Puente Project provides monthly, no-strings-attached financial support to families—you decide how to use it. Whether it's groceries, rent, school supplies, transportation, or something else, the choice is yours. This initiative is about trusting families and removing barriers, so you can focus on what matters most.
Who Can Participate?
To be eligible, your family must:
- Have a child who will be a third-grade student at Thew Elementary School in the 2025–2026 school year
