Arizona Tax Credits

TCAA is an Arizona Qualifying Charitable Organization. A Qualifying Organization provides immediate basic needs to low-income residents of Arizona. This means you can make a big difference with your state tax credit donation. Simply put, you can pay the state or donate to a great cause!

What's more, tax credit donations can be made after December 31st.  Individuals who make cash contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations on or before the 15th day of the fourth month following the close of the tax year may apply their tax credit eligible donation to either the current or the preceding taxable year.

Make it easy on yourself! Prepare now for the 2022 tax period by setting up monthly recurring donations in the amount of your choice.

Your gift to TCAA fosters dignity and self-reliance in vulnerable adults, families, and seniors in Tempe and surrounding communities. All you have to do is donate to TCAA today and then claim the donation on your state taxes. You may receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for up to $400 if you are a single filer or up to $800 if filing as a couple. With your tax credit donation to TCAA, you may reduce your state taxes by an equal amount.

The Arizona Department of Revenue provides additional guidance as well as tax forms for filing.

The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit is a simple and effective way to reduce your state tax burden and make an impact on hunger, homelessness, senior independence, and family health and economic well-being!

When filing for an Arizona State Tax Credit, please be sure to include TCAA’s designated Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) Code 20304 on your state tax form.
