Supporting you during COVID-19

The uncertainty caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) is being felt across the world. In an effort to help individuals and families in need during the current health crisis, the following new services are available:

Emergency Rent/Mortgage and Utility Assistance for Low-Income Households

Tempe households experiencing undue financial stress during this period can tap into utility assistance funds through TCAA. Although AZ utility companies will avoid disconnects, utility assistance is still available at TCAA and can help you get ahead on utility bills and redirect limited household income to other important needs.  Financial assistance with rent and mortgage bills is also available. Call the TCAA hotline  (480-389-1375) during regular business hours to speak with TCAA staff regarding your utility, rent, and mortgage concerns.

Download a utility assistance application here or pick up an application at our 2146 E. Apache Blvd office during business hours.
